ISLAMABAD:
Minister for Petroleum Musadik Malik on Sunday said that PTI must demonstrate a genuine willingness to engage in a dialogue before the government considers further talks.
Speaking to a private news channel, the minister stressed that PTI needs to adopt democratic norms if they are serious about political dialogue.
He noted that while the government has extended numerous invitations for dialogue, the responsibility now lies with PTI to show a real commitment to the process.
Malik highlighted that the PML-N had initiated dialogues and consultations with the opposition multiple times, but these efforts were repeatedly rejected by PTI.
