ISLAMABAD’:
The FIA, in a joint operation with other law enforcement agencies, arrested four suspects, including two NADRA officials, for their involvement in issuing fraudulent identity documents to Afghan nationals, according to an official statement issued on Wednesday.
Those arrested were identified as NADRA Assistant Director Inamul Haq, Deputy Assistant Director Fayyaz Ahmed, watchman Junaid Ahmed and a private agent, Mohammad Umar Shah. During the operation, officials seized records and other evidence, while the investigation was expanded to identify additional suspects, the FIA said.
